So long now

I’ve forgotten what sleep is like. I try everything just to relax my brain and lull myself into that precious dream state. Yet here I sit at 7AM writing this and wishing I was asleep. Insomnia is like that person at a party who is going to ruin it for everyone else. You know it’s going to happen sooner or later, you just wish he didn’t yell your name out so the rest of the group blamed you for bringing the asshole to the party. The sad thing is I didn’t even get anything constructive done with my extra 6-8 hours, I just tried to sleep instead of just give in and do some thing creative or productive. There is always tomorrow night.
